◎To everyone who did not receive their prize/email contact about prizes

First of all, we would like to apologize for any confusion.
Please read the following carefully to confirm whether this information applies to you:
If you participated in the Wife-Maid Golden Hour or the Wife-Maid Grand Prix, and you fall into one of the following categories, you may be affected:
・Participants who won prizes that need to be sent in the mail (shirts, portable chargers)
・Participants who won codes that can be used in-game
・Participants who need to confirm certain special information
Generally speaking, if you won CR as a prize, you are not included in the above categories because these prizes do not require anything to be mailed to you. *1. This does not apply to prizes related to the Dokumo Maid segment or segments other than those with “Wife-Maid” in the title.
*2. Currently, we have distributed CR-related prizes for livestreams up to and including the Mar. 2024 edition.

◎If you received an email informing you that you won a prize, and you supplied the requested information but did not receive your prize

You may fall into this category if the following applies to you. Please read carefully to confirm.
1.Participants who received prizes from the Mar. 2024 livestream or the May 2024 livestream
If you won prizes in one of these livestreams, there may be delivery delays.
We plan to ship the prizes for these livestreams out by Jun. 24, 2024 (Mon.) at the latest.
As such, we anticipate everything being delivered by Jul. 15, 2024 (Mon.) at the latest.
If you have not received your prize by the date listed above, another issue may have occurred. Please contact KISS user support.
2. Participants who won prizes that were delayed due to the need to produce more
If the above applies to you, we sincerely apologize for the long wait, but we anticipate shipping these prizes out by Jun. 24, 2024 at the latest.
As such, as with (1), we anticipate these prizes being delivered by Jul. 15, 2024 at the latest.
If you have not received your prize by the date listed above, another issue may have occurred. Please contact KISS user support.
3.Participants whose prizes were not delivered for other unforeseen reasons
If the address you submitted was incorrect, if you moved recently, if the delivery provider encountered issues delivering your prize, if we made a mistake in the shipping order of the prizes, or in the case of other unforeseen issues, we presently have no way of confirming the situation. Excluding prize winners for the upcoming June livestream and participants who never received an email about their prize to begin with (these participants will be addressed in the next section), as stated above, we are aiming to have all prizes shipped by Jun. 24, 2024, and we anticipate these prizes being delivered by Jul. 15, 2024 at the latest. If you have not received your prize by that date, and you suspect that you have been affected by an unforeseen problem such as the examples listed above, please contact KISS user support.

◎Participants who never received an email about winning a prize to begin with

If you fall into the above category, please read on for instructions on what to do next.
First of all, we are currently doing our best to send emails to everyone we believe to have been affected by this issue.
If you have not received one of these confirmation emails and believe that you should have, the cause may be one of the following:
1. The email may have gone to your spam folder or been blocked by a filter
Other users have encountered this issue in the past, so please confirm that this has not happened to you.
Emails informing you of prizes you have won and other relevant emails are sent by “KISS User Support.”
Please check whether you have received any emails from this address.
If you have checked your email filters and spam folder and confirmed that you have not been receiving emails from us, it is likely that some other issue is preventing us from contacting you via email. 2. If you submitted your entry using an email address other than your usual one
If you submitted your entry using an email address other than the one you most commonly use, all contact regarding your prize will have been sent to that secondary address, and you may have not noticed the relevant email. We recommend checking all of your email accounts to make sure this has not happened to you.
If you have checked all of your email accounts and confirmed that you have not received any emails from us, it is likely that some other issue is preventing us from contacting you via email. 3. If you entered your email address incorrectly
If you entered your email address incorrectly when you submitted your entry, you will not have received a prize email.
If the address you entered was a valid email address, our system will mistakenly recognize the prize email as having been delivered.

4. If you did not receive an email about winning a prize for another unforeseen reason
This has occurred in the past, so we wanted to include it as a possibility.
We are certain that we have sent you the email. If you have not yet received it and have ruled out (1)-(3) as possibilities, we cannot fully determine what is causing the issue, but it is possible that there is a compatibility issue between your email client and ours, resulting in us receiving your emails but you being unable to send emails to us, or neither of us being able to send and receive the other's emails.

If you have not been receiving emails from us, please try reaching out to us using one of the following methods to confirm whether email correspondence is possible:
If you contact us through either of these methods, we will email you back between 5-7 p.m., Jun. 6, 2024 (Thu). *Our response email will be identical to the confirmation emails we have been sending out to users we believe to be affected by this situation.
